Why its hard to lose weight even though you “don’t eat that much”.

Have you ever tried to lose weight by cutting down on your meals? You’re eating a lot less than you usually would, in fact, portion control is your watch word! But it seems like even with that, you still can’t seem to shake off the extra weight. Yes, I know, it’s frustrating!
