1. Drink At Least 2.5 Litres Of Water

Drinking enough water is a key component to success in dropping a few kgs fast and for that matter, in overall health and well being. 

Regardless of what diet you’re on, if you’re not drinking enough water, you could be sabotaging your goals. 

Increase in water intake will cause an increase in metabolic rate and help with satiety. In order words, you will increase your energy output, keep hunger at bay and stay fuller for longer.

Aim to drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day. One sure way to achieve this is to have an insulated water bottle that you van take everywhere with you.
This will serve as a reminder to drink up.
