4. Setting Unrealistic Expectations​

Setting goals is an important part of weight loss but if those goals are unrealistic, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

Setting a goal to lose 10kgs in a month is unrealistic. So is setting a goal to exercise for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.

I know that the general school of thought when setting goals is to set big, audacious goals but when it comes to weight loss or your wellness is general, where the activities involved are supposed to be life long, setting drastic goals will work against you.
