The flat belly is one of the most popular reasons why women (especially) want to lose weight. The problem with this line of thought is that it’s not a deep enough reason to want to lose weight.
It’s not a reason that drives consistent and sustainable action. If it was, we would all be walking around with washboard abs.
You are an awesome, attractive, intelligent person with or without a flat belly. Therefore, wanting a flat belly is not enough to drive lasting change.
