3. All Or Nothing Mindset
Let's leave the all or nothing mindset behind in 2020, shall we?

The mindset that everything needs to be ready before you take action.

The right shoes, workout clothes, equipment, kids being older, getting a nanny .........

The mindset that if all your meals are not 100% healthy, if you don't drink 2L of water everyday and do every single workout perfectly , then it's a waste of time.

Don't wait to have the perfect conditions, start with what you have.

Your meals are never going to be healthy all the time and that's absolutely OK.

It's ok to have a dessert, it's ok to skip a workout, it's ok to have a glass of wine.

Perfection is a lie! Focus on taking action regardless of the situation.
