Heyyy! You made it here, awesome!! 

This blog has been in the works for a little while now, finally, with lots of loving nudges from some awesome people, I decided to launch it and get my message out there to the world. “What’s the message?”, you might be asking. It’s simple really, its that health, wellness, fitness, doesn’t have to be a chore, it doesn’t have to be that hard, it should be simple and should fit perfectly into your unique lifestyle. 

I personally struggled for years to find what works for me. I tried it all, fad diets, skipping meals, Insane workout routines, various products (i became a product junkie), detox programs etc. I would be on track with my goals for a while and then I would fall off the wagon for months and it would take all the strength and resolve I had in me to get back on track. Usually, the sight of my huge belly sticking out in my clothes would get me back on track (lol). Why did I keep getting off track? 2 major reasons;

1. I focused on quick fixes rather than developing solid habits that would last me a lifetime

2. Most of the things I tried were not the right fit for me. I didn’t have time for 1-hour long workout sessions 5 times a week or strict meal plans that contained meals I didn’t love anyway or using a ton of products that all promised amazing results but fell short.

Finally, I figured it out, I’ve been on this wellness and lifestyle path all my life but with definite seriousness in the last 8 years and I have figured out what works best for me. I’m here to help you figure out what works best for you and hopefully, it won’t have to take you as much time as it took me.
