In 2009, I had my first daughter, I took some time to stay at home to be with my baby for a while, so I was completely in control of my time. I was able to schedule in 1 hour workout sessions daily and consistently. 1 short year later, I was off to work at a bank and so began the struggle.
My schedule was extremely tight, I was leaving home at 5.20 am and getting back at 9/10 pm. Needless to say, I would be too tired to even think about working out for an hour. On the weekends, there would be a lot of catching up to do with house chores and family time. Sometimes, I would find myself back at work on Saturdays.
I was desperate to find a balance, I just had to find something that would fit into my new schedule. That’s when I stumbled on the 7 Minute Workout app. What?! I could get a full body workout in 7 minutes?!! I signed up immediately!
So I started to do this either first thing in the morning or immediately I got back from work. I eventually started to do 2 rounds (14 minutes) and then 3 rounds (21 minutes). All was right with my world again.
If you’re in a somewhat similar situation or you can relate to this in any way, then the 7 Minute Workout app might be a great place for you to start as well. Great thing is this app is available for iPhones and Androids as well.
My friend and I had loads of fun trying the 7 Minute Workout a few weeks ago; watch the video and laugh along with us. Getting your workout in doesn’t have to be complicated.
