2. Get Rid Of The Sugar

Cut the sugar in whatever form it comes.

 Whether that be in liquid form as soda, packaged fruit juice, in fancy coffee etc 

OR

 in packaged foods such as biscuits, candy, quick to cook meals etc……..

 You want to cut down on the sugar drastically. 

When it comes to store bought fruit juices, you want to be careful even when the label says “no added sugar”. 

Whether its a sport drink, diet soda, or regular soda, just cut out the sugar filled drinks. 

Let water be your beverage of choice and if you get bored of plain water, try fruit and /or veggie infused water for some flavour; you’ll find tons of recipes on the internet.

Cut the sugar by avoiding candy, pastries and other foods packed full of sugar. When it comes to packaged foods, sugar has many names. These are some of the names of sugar you want to look out for when reading labels:

agave, nectar, cane crystals, corn sweeter, crystalline fructose, dextrose, evaporated cane juice, fructose, high fructose corn syrup, invert sugar, lactose, maltose and malt syrup (basically if it ends with -ose or syrup) – these are sugar. Be sure to read the labels.

This one step alone will give you quick results.
