When you’re trying to lose weight or work on your fitness in general, what two things come to the top of your mind? Diet and exercise, right? Yup!
On some level, we all know that in order to lose weight/get fit, we need to work on Nutrition and exercise
Why then do we find it so hard to make those changes or to follow through on the changes long term?
The answer – we sabotage our efforts with our thoughts and behaviours.
Self-sabotage can manifest itself through our internal dialogue and behaviours.
Acts and thoughts of self-sabotage deceive us into thinking they’re helpful, when in fact, they undermine our efforts, especially when we continue to do so for a long period of time.
